We want you to love what you create with your beads. If something isn’t right, we will work with you to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Items returned damaged, used, or missing components may receive a partial refund or be denied.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 3–5 business days
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Opened or used products
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or discounted items (if specified on receipt or product page)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost
In-Store Purchases (if applicable)
- Returns must be made within 14 days with receipt
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Exchanges may be offered after 14 days at staff discretion
Online Return Process
- Email or contact us with your order details
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back securely
- Refund processed after inspection

We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments. Consider using tracked shipping.
Order Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet shipped.
